چکیده
Ebstein’s anomaly is very rare (0.5 %) cardiac anomaly seen in patient of congenital rubella syndrome. Epidemiology and clinical data are lacking to guide management strategy. Congenital rubella syndrome is manifestation of rubella infection in foetus during period of embryogenesis. A verity of structural heart defect are known to occur with CRS but Ebstein’s anomaly has not been described in association with CRS, but we are reporting case of CRS with EA. The case describe here is 32 year old woman presented with complaint of bilateral pedal oedema was evaluated and diagnosed as having EA. ECG and 2D Echo show right atrial enlargement, septal leaflet detachment and at rialization of right ventricle. Risk of death is increased by having other extra cardiac defects.

Atrialised right ventricular myxoma in a patient with Ebstein’s anomaly
Ebstein's anomaly is a rare entity affecting around 1 in 200,000 live births and accounts for less than 1% of congenital heart diseases. Ebstein's anomaly with an associated right-sided myxoma is extremely rare, with only one other case report found in the literature. Previous reports have also noted cases of Ebstein's anomaly associated with left-sided myxomas. We describe a female patient wit...

Ebstein's anomaly, although the most common malformation of the tricuspid valve, is a rare disease. Its association with other syndromes and extracardiac anomalies is very rare and has been reported in only a few cases. A case of prenatal diagnosis of Ebstein's anomaly in a patient with Down's syndrome is reported.

متن کاملEbstein's anomaly of the tricuspid valve.
Ebstein's anomaly of the tricuspid valve is a rare lesion comprising less than 1% of patients with congenital heart disease. Among congenital heart lesions, Ebstein's anomaly is one of the most diverse in presentation, severity, and management. In its most severe form, it is also one of the most lethal. In this article we present a case of a patient who developed cardiac symptoms in adulthood. ...
متن کاملEbstein’s anomaly may be caused by mutations in the sarcomere protein gene MYH7
Ebstein's anomaly is a rare congenital heart malformation characterised by adherence of the septal and posterior leaflets of the tricuspid valve to the underlying myocardium. Associated abnormalities of left ventricular morphology and function including left ventricular noncompaction (LVNC) have been observed. An association between Ebstein's anomaly with LVNC and mutations in the sarcomeric pr...
